of the BACC

     Bay Area Community Churches (BACC) began with the movement of several local pastors  wanting to make an impact in Bay City for the building of the Kingdom. 

    Through years of prayer and repeated gatherings of pastors from several churches  there was a consensus that more needed to be done. They began with a combined community Good Friday Service.  That was a great start but there was need for further connection to the community.  Several community events were discussed.   Ecumenical events that would show churches uniting together to love on the community. Free events that would show Bay City residents that the body of Christ loved them and would counter the social stigmatisms that the church was about itself and some sort of club mentality.  Currently as many as 17 churches in the Bay area have worked together to put on these events.   

    Out of these events the BACC was formed.  On February 14, 2023,  the BACC became a non-profit  focused on building the Kingdom as one body in Christ.
